Cartridge manufacture

Our company is one of the first toner-cartridge manufacturers in the Republic of Belarus.

All products satisfy technical requirements, established by the government.

We use original frames and new plastic elements of high quality, components (PCR, Doctor blade, Cleaning blade, Magnetic roller and etc.) from the leading well-known manufacturers in the process of cartridge production.

Only toner of highest quality «White Toner» from product lines “LUX” and “Premium” and new OPC ALP (original) is used for cartridge refilling, so the color of drum is identical to original.

Precise toner batching into toner-cartridge bin is made by semiautomatic packing machines.

All cartridges are packed into black opaque bag protecting light-sensitive cells from rays of light.

After that we put cartridges in additional modern packing «Air-bag» - a packet with inside cavity for compressed air filling.

It effectively protects the cartridge from different mechanical overloads while transportation.

For ink-cartridge refilling we use inks, produced by Ink Mate Company (Korea) – one of the leading ink manufacturers in the world.

Ink cartridge refilling is made by special equipment for vacuum cartridge refilling.

All cartridges are packed into a bag, protecting printing details from damage and untimely drying.

Inks. Refill kits

We offer refill kits and inks under trade mark «White INK» for the purpose of refilling ink-cartridges of the most popular models of printers: EPSON, CANON, HP, LEXMARK.

Refill kits will be convenient both for average users and engineers in service-centers of office equipment maintenance.

In each kit you’ll find 3 needles, filled with black-and-white and color inks in 20 ml capacity, a glove, tissue for careful and clean refilling and instruction that can turn the process of cartridge refilling into a simple operation.

The process of filling capacities with inks is made on semiautomatic equipment.

One of the main advantages of our needles is a rubber piston, reducing the risk of ink spilling.

For convenient packing we use a blister (transparent plastic package), that is manufactured by our company on semiautomatic machines.

In addition to the refill kits, we offer inks of high quality at moderate price.

You can supply them at any capacity, convenient for work – 100ml, 250ml and 1000 ml.

Each supplier’s delivery undergoes testing on different models of printers.

Toner packaging

Toner of the trading mark «White Toner» is offered for black-and-white and color toner-cartridges refilling of the most popular models of printers: EPSON, CANON, HP, LEXMARK.

«White Toner» is packaged from raw materials of the leading well-known manufacturers and is classified on «Standard», «Lux» and «Premium».

Each supplier’s delivery undergoes multistep testing before packaging.

Toner is packaged on automatic equipment.

It is offered in different capacities according to the required standard of you printer’s cartridge refilling or in a 1 kilo package.

Our equipment is capable to reach the precise of dosage +/- 1 gram.

Packing machine’s frame undergoes complete cleaning before each toner changing.

Each toner jar sticking gives an opportunity to trace any delivery and date of packaging.

Registered form of the jar was created for convenient cartridge refilling.

There is a water can in each box of toner for making the process of cartridge refilling easier.

Toner is our priority line of development, that’s why we pay much attention to every delivery and the process of packaging.

Ribbon manufacture

All ribbons for impact printers «White Ribbon» are manufactured from raw materials of the highest quality that had been chosen as the result of multiple testing of ribbons from different manufacturers.

That’s why our ink ribbons gain the best printing resource characteristics.

Due to our manufacturing feasibility we make ribbons of different lengths and weld them by the method of ultrasonic welding in a variety of types: ring, right and left mebius.

Ribbon package, designed by our company, gives an opportunity to put the ribbon into printer cartridge easily and conveniently.

The main advantages of our ribbons are the way of making pleats and a loop, lying on top.

So cartridge refilling adds up to 2 simple operations: the loop is taken off and set up into guiding mechanism of cartridge.

Then the rest ribbon is placed into cartridge container and the cartridge is closed.

So the user doesn’t need to rewind all ribbon lengths.

Photo Paper

The main advantages of photo paper under our brand «White Paper» are exact color rendition of all tints, high whiteness, opacity and waterproofness.

Cutting of photo paper is made on special equipment according to clients’ demands.

Currently we offer the following sizes of paper: A4 and 10*15.

Packaging and wrapping is made in clean and safe conditions.

The package contains 25, 50 or 500 sheets according to the demand of any customer.

Each package also contains blister layer that is made on our own equipment.

Functionality and attractiveness of blister packing contribute to perfect characteristics of the paper itself.
